We are excited to announce the Promotion of Coach Dumel Decius as our Director of Competitive Performance. Dumel has been with Parkland for over 10 years. Coach Dumel holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) D License. Dumel has been a critical part of the club since its inception. With his philosophy of D (development) before W (winning), he has helped hundreds of young footballers in our community become successful athletes; competing at the highest levels of club and school soccer. We are delighted to see coach Dumel in this new role where he will guide the competitive performance of the boys and girls programs.
